We are currently seeking a San Antonio-based, freelance real-estate writer to join our team. This person will be responsible for writing articles pertaining to the real estate industry for a publication associated with a commercial real estate-operating company in Texas. This publication features real estate news and articles of interest to investors, commercial property owners, and developers.

Ideal candidates will have versatility in writing and the professionalism and courtesy needed to deal with our client. The writer should have a skill for subliminally weaving the client in and out of the articles with a deft touch. We do not publish hard-news articles. Magazine-style leads and smooth quote transitions are important to us. Trade publication, advertorial writing, and/or corporate communications experience is preferred. Business-to-business magazine experience is a strong plus.
